anxiety is a real bitch.

Seriously - It's awful.

You're exhausted all the time.

You're sweaty.

Your heart's beating a mile a minute.

Your brain won’t stop with all the “what ifs.”

will this ever get better?!

sound familiar?

  • You assume the worst-case scenario

  • You procrastinate because you're worried you'll fail

  • You "just know"

Let's be real. You've got a lot going on.

You are doing everything you should be doing to achieve your ideal life. You are hardworking in your career or your education.

You value your relationships, and  you do your best to make the people in your life happy.

You seem to be spending all of your energy wishing things were different. Your emotions become difficult to manage. You work hard at your career or your education, but you still feel stuck. You value relationships, but you just don’t feel connected.

You're tired of comparing yourself to everyone else on social media. They all seem to have figured life out.  They look so happy and fulfilled. You should be too.

So why doesn't it feel that way?

You feel like you're never doing anything for yourself.  You question yourself endlessly, and you’re not always nice to yourself when you can’t seem to maintain those impossibly high expectations you’ve set for yourself.

On top of it all, we live in a society that seems to normalize - even reward - burnout and perfectionism. You're constantly pulled in a million directions.

You’ve been doing everything you can to get through your day-to-day in spite of it all, but it feels like you're simply going through the motions.

You just want to curl up with a glass of wine and some Netflix, but can’t figure out how to turn off your brain.

You're starting to notice the toll your anxiety is taking on your mind, body, and relationships.

You’re stressed out and have no idea where to start.

Sound familiar?

Pause. Take a breath. Unclench your jaw.

here's where i come in.

Therapy can help you gain skills to better manage your anxiety, so you can get back to living your best life.
