This service cannot be billed through insurance, and must be through private payment. A minimum of one week’s notice is required for the completion of all paperwork. Rush requests will be billed at $200/hour.

*While my standard rate is $150.00 per session, I do reserve a number of slots in my practice at a reduced cost to accommodate folks with extenuating circumstances. I am happy to discuss financial questions or concerns during our initial phone call.

I accept insurance plans through BlueCross BlueShield IL (BCBSIL) PPO, United Healthcare, and Cigna.
If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance, you still may be eligible for partial/full reimbursement through your insurance plan. Feel free to reach out for more information!

If you prefer not to pay through insurance, I also accept payments in the form of all major credit cards, cash, and check.
Payment is due at the time of service.
cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
